About Us

The mission of the Fundraising Career Conference is to help fundraising people build their careers. Ultimately our conference will help fundraisers empower themselves in their careers.

Our Next Level Fundraising Conference will help senior nonprofit staff retain fundraising staff, waste less money, and have more fun. To learn more about our Next Level Conference, please go to http://nextlevel.fundraising-conference.com.

UNIQUE: There has never been a conference focused just on fundraising careers before.

Why this conference?

Why now?

The state of the industry is a mess! With the Haas Jr. Fund Underdeveloped report, plus Penelope Burk’s excellent “Donor Centered Leadership” book, the Forward salary survey of Jewish organizations and their CEOs, and the continuing articles about the sector’s issues with recruiting and retaining fundraisers, we have a lot of work to do.
We want to help fundraisers stay longer at nonprofits, and help them succeed. We want to help nonprofits be less ineffective by reducing turnover in their fundraising staff.

Who will be speaking?

Industry leaders such as Marc Pitman of the Concord Leadership Group, Linda Lysakowski, ACFRE, author of 15 fundraising books including, “Fundraising as a Career; Are You Crazy?” Kishshana Palmer, founder of Kishshana Co, and others. We will be finalizing the speaker lineup by Feb 28th, 2017.

What we hope to achieve:

We want to help fundraisers stay longer at nonprofits, and help them succeed. We want to help nonprofits be less ineffective by reducing turnover in their fundraising staff.

This goal of this conference is to educate fundraisers in how to research and pick good job opportunities, and make a more functional work environment.
